A Layout From a Crop

Hi there!  I just wanted to share one of the layouts I did while at my friend, Pat's, fundraiser crop on March 12th.  I used Jenni Bowlin embossed cardstock (green) & LEARN Bingo Card, Memory Works Simple Stories papers (stripes and polka dots) and brown cardstock, Creative Memories Large Circle Cutter and punches (to make small flowers), Misc metal stick pins, EK Success border punches, Flower and Star cut on my Cricut using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge, my Sizzix Texture Boutique to add embossed polka dots on the star, cream tulle and green polka dot ribbon (Hobby Lobby), Basic Grey brad, and misc jewels.  Enjoy the school themed inspiration ~ Jody

Welcome to my new blog!!

This has been a long time coming, but here it is!  I've tossed around the idea of starting my blog for months, literally.  Well, I finally pulled the trigger and here I am!  After months of some "research", which was basically scouring my favorite blogs, websites and scrapbooking manufacturers, I decided that it's time.

Blog ~v~ My Website:  what did it for me was having a running feed of posts, and being able to search for older blog posts if you saw something particular at one time, but has since been hidden. With my website, which I'll still keep current, I have to delete information all together to add more recent information. 

So, the blog has begun.  Now, I won't be blogging every day, but I will keep you up to date on my scrapbooking news and events. You'll see the latest in scrapbooking products from the annual CHA Trade Shows (Craft & Hobby Association) when my Memory Works goodies are showcased  here.   I'll also be sharing my tips and fun techniques along with way.
